A Letter Regarding the City of Faith Proposal and Political Pressuring

The writer of the letter, James Ares R. Jones, is responding to comments about the City of Faith. He explains that he did not oppose the proposal, but chose not to sign a letter from Congressman Ted Risenhoover that pressured a state agency to approve the application.
