This series contains a selection of Bartlett’s journals from his time in office, including his impressions and experiences during Watergate

This series consists of 1967 images that depict Senator Dewey Bartlett alone; with his wife; with such politicians as Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, Oklahoma Governor Henry Bellmon, Senator Clifford Hanson, and other members of the Oklahoma congressional delegation; and with constituents. There are also shots of trips to Lawton, Oklahoma; Fort Sill; other military installations; Vietnam; and Africa. Other images include Bartlett awarding OKIE checks and certificates. The collection contains black-and-white prints, color prints, and color slides.

These political commercials are a part of the Julian P. Kanter Political Commercial Collection and are from Dewey Bartlett's 1972 United States Senate Offices and Issue Campaign.

The Subject Files date from 1946-1978 (bulk: 1971-1978), occupy 23.75 cubic feet, and are arranged alphabetically by subject. They contain correspondence and reference materials on matters of special interest to Senator Bartlett. Chief among these are abortion (1 cubic foot), the armed services (slightly more than 2 cubic feet), energy (more than 8 cubic feet), Indian affairs (approximately 8 cubic feet), and the Panama Canal Treaty (approximately 1.5 cubic feet). There are also approximately 1.5 cubic feet of files labeled "Colleagues and VIPS" which contain clippings about and political correspondence with nationally prominent figures.
